Holiday Time

My holiday has officially started. I have a week to 'enjoy'. Let me see. I just have 3 lab reports to write. One Ethics and one TITAS assignment to go. I have to study TITAS, Earth Science and Planets and Environmental Science to study as the mid-sem exams are right after the one week holiday. And tomorrow I'm going to Pulau Sapi and Pulau Manukan for a day trip. I think around 17 of us are going.

My ONE regret-here comes the truth...I slipped and fell when I went for my hostel Family Day at Karambunai Water Resort last Saturday. When I fell, the camera dropped into the sea. So it is soaked in sea water. I've not switched it on since then. I don't dare to expect anything from it. So I CAN'T bring my camera for my island trip tomorrow. What a pity for me.

Today I went to hand in my draft for Ethics together with my friend. The lecturer just rubbished it without even going past the introduction paragraph just because we did not out in 'In this essay, I would argue that morality is relative and cannot be absolute'. Ok, to be fair here, he did insist that we included a thesis statement at the end of the introduction paragraph but here's the thing- we wrote 'Our stand is that morality is relative and can never be absolute'. My friend was a bit disappointed as she wrote till 6am this morning and the lecturer just went through the essay while rubbishing our essay and said that we wasted his time for handing him that draft It we were going to hand in that as our final work, he would grade our paper as D.

On a lighter note, to those who are fans of Lin You Jia, Pan Yu Wen, Zhou Ting Wei and I forgot the other one's name. The 4 of them came to One Borneo on Saturday and performed although I didn't go. But I went yesterday for their autoraph session. What do I think of them? They are just very normal looking guys. I like Pan Yu Wen the best although I did not hear them all sing. Some of my friend's friends are so crazy over them that they followed them to the hotel (which is just next to One Borneo) and shot videos of them leaving. The 4 of them waved to the camera. I'll try to get the video and upload it in my blog if possible. Another friend went to get their autographs.

Surprise

I sat in the library for 6 hours today. I don't know what I did. I just know that I searched up info for my debate motions ie Free Trade, Veto-Power, Sex Education and Proton(yes, our Malaysian car). But I just saved up all the info. Didn't even read them. Surfed a bit more. Read news. Did a bit of my environmental health report. Oh, i remembered I went for a tour around the library. It is compulsory that all 1st years join this tour. They bring you around the library and teaches you how to use the library. Then I had my ethics group assignment meeting where all my group members, including myself racked our brains to come up with a paper with the title 'Is morality absolute or relative. State your stand'. Although it sounds easy, but trust me it's not. Luckily we had a bit of help from Cav's dad. It made things whole lot easier.

Then I Looked at Olympics Official Website and I went to read my brother's blog. I seldom read his blog. But today I did. I was surprised that he wrote such a good blog about his trip to Sabah. If you guys are interested to know more about Sabah. just go read his blog, it's very detailed. Unlike his sister's blog that is so *ahem* boring. He told me he got National Service as well when I chatted with him last night.

I am now counting down to my one week's holiday. Tomorrow is Friday!! WOOHOOO...

Going back to hostel now. Have to fight to get on the bus again..haaiiihhhhssss...and feeling hungry too. Had a very early brunch at 10am today. Now it is already 6.30pm.

I'm dreading to do my laundry and continuing my lab reports and assignments...

Ermmm

I just finished my exam this morning. Surprisingly, I could answer most of the questions although I didn't finish studying. Anyways, another burden off my shoulder, assignments next. I still have a lot of assignments and reports to type and print.

My cousin purposely sms-ed me last night when the entire family back home went out for a nice good dinner. I have forgotten when was the last time a had a nice meal. It was way too long ago that I can't recall.

Another thing is, although I've been complaining that food is not good here, I still have not lost any weight. Here, I eat even more as I get hungry really easily. The amount of rice that I take is double the amount I take at home but I never fell full. Why is that?

And oh..I watched the opening of Olympics. Anyone watched it? I feel that the opening was really creatively done and special. They must have spent loads of money and time and planning and hard work to achieve that kind of effect

Please note that during the few hour intervals i usually refuse to go back to the hostel as it takes me at least 30mins trying to fight for a place to get on the bus to go back to my hostel. I rather just stay in the library and doze or surf the net. I usually get a cubicle and catch a few winks. Nobody can see me in the cubicle

Now, I'm just waiting to go back to the office to pass up my ptptn form. i wonder what number is being called right now. when i left it was no.24. my number is no.369. It took them an hour to get to no.24.

So, readers, can you see how life is for me here?

Its All About The Love-Hate Feeling

Today I waited an hour for the bus. I was queing for the bus since 6.45am. I only got onto the bus at 7.35am. Why? Because there were too many pathetic people cutting the queue. The line itself was already long enough without their 'good ethics'..maybe approximately 50m from the bus stop? and they cut the queue in groups! of like...5 people at a time. some guys they are smarter. they cut the queue alone. just stand right in front of you like they have been standing there all along. WTF!!!!!! I can't tolerate this anymore. People have been cutting queue like nobody's business. This is totally unfair for people like me, waiting since 6.45am and they just jump in front of you at 7.15am.

I wake up at 5.50am everyday to make sure that I am not too far from the bus stop. At around 6.50am, the queue is already maybe 100m away from the bus stop. ARRGGGHHHH!!!!!!

On a lighter note....Am I a TVXQ fan attracter or what? My roommate happens to be a big fan and guess what. I was in the library yesterday..surfing the internet and doing some SQ3R research. I looked at soompi which has like loads of e-news. Suddenly this malay girl came up to me and asked 'What are u looking at? Is that TVXQ? Can I see as well. I like them alot. Do you have their pics? Can I save them in my pendrive..etc' I was a bit shocked but I guess it was more of a surprise. My friend, a big fan of Ayumi Hamasaki is envious. She keeps asking how come when I look at Ayumi stuff nobody comes up to me? hahhahhahhaha...

I'm currently very busy with a lot of activities on hand. I accidentally join a committee and I'm supposed to find some company to sponsor the uni's ICT Carnival. We need to look for at least RM3000. Heck, where am I suppose to start? I', not even familiar with Sabah.

And oh, I joined UMS's English Debating Society. We had our first training last night. We have a tournament coming up. They hope to train us up in time for the cup in a month's time.

News Flash

A girl taking Forestry Course just moved into the room of this writer. She hails from Malacca. According to the girl, she will be quite often going on camping trips that lasts days in the jungles of Borneo. This means that practically, to the sole occupant of the room before she moved in, the occupant will be alone most of the times, just like the times before she moved in.

After a short interview session, it is found that this girl from Malacca is a very bubbly and chatty person. She comes a chinese educated background(another one), so the writer has to rely on Mandarin to converse. This writer is not being biased towards Mandarin but she secretly longs for Hokkien and English. Fortunately, some time around 2 weeks ago, the writer's ex-school mate arrived in Sabah to join her.

Currently, this writer is JUST starting to get busy with assignments, date lines and exams that coming up in the next 2 weeks. Life is hectic. She strongly opposes the idea that University life is free and easy. The writer is also wondering what is going on in her friends' life from her hometown.

'You either be a hero or live long enough to be the villain' (something of that sort)

I went to catch a movie last night. Finally, after a month of abstinence from the cinema. And luckily I did the right choice but choosing to watch this movie. All I can say is that acting, the actors especially Heath Ledger as The Joker was so convincing! But at the end of the movie, I felt pity for Batman, not a hero without a face, just being what the city needs him to be. This just shows how this reality world is. Nothing is what it seems. Although this movie is one of the darkest Batman movie ever made, it has got a special edge to it(not the typical hero saves the day storyline).

Yesterday was definitely one of the higlights of my time here in Sabah. For your info, the mall next to my uni is always abuzz with activities, especially promotional event for Hong Kong artists. So far, Joe Ma, Momo Yung and Bosco Wong were here but I didn't go see them. Last week, it was a programme with Super Trio Show.

So, I just finished grocery shopping together with my friend and we were riding up this escalator. I looked around and noticed that the Adidas shop was packed for some reason. I thought it was because the sale carnival just started. So, I didn't pay much attention but then I realised that the people were wearing the same t-shirt-TVB Crew. So I looked into the shop. I saw Hung Tin Meng. At first, I forgot his name but I could remember his face. And yes, he looks much more handsome than on tv or picture. Then I saw Chin Kah Lok and then Yuen Sieu Cheung( please take note that I totally forgot everyone's name). Then my friend asked if Eric Tseng was here.

So, we stood outside the shop. A few other people spotted them as well. They were all furiously looking at clothes inside the shop. It seems like they won't leave without buying. Then suddenly came Eric Tseng. Chin Kah Lok was the first one to leave the shop. He walked right past in front of me. Then I pointed at him and said very loudly 'Eh..da!' coz I forgot his name. He looked at me and smiled and continued walking. Then everyone starting leaving the shop. The few fans that were there were asking for photos. Being the shy person that I was I didn't go up to ask for one( the crew were pushing people away as well) Then Hung Tin Meng walked out. My friend approached him but was blocked by the crew. I just suddenly blurted 'Can I take a picture with you? Just one'. Then he stopped and said 'ok, just one.'
He is actually really tall too. He was abit more friendly. His had his hands placed on our shoulders lightly.

Then my friend was determined to take a photo with Eric as she was a big fan and have been watching The Super Trio Show since god knows when. So we walked around the mall, all the time carrying a 5litre water that she bought from Giant. It was darn heavy and I helped her carry it abit while hunting for Eric. Anyway, we came up infront of Quiksilver as there were a few fans outside. This time my friend was a bit more daring and went up directly to Chin Kah Lok and asked for a picture. He was ok with it too. He is kinda short..no?

Then we went back to hunting for Eric. We practically walked the entire mall. All its' 3 floors and almost gave up coz it was getting dark. We usually go back before the sky gets dark. It is a bit dangerous here, even in broad daylight. My friends they got threathened while in KK, in the middle of the road in broad daylight and They were walking in group of 3.

Finally, we found them in an Apple shop. According to my friend, they bought 2 ipods. She went in to look at mac books while waiting for them to come out of the shop while I just waited outside.

Can you just see how brightly she is smiling? I missed my chance of taking a photo with him as there were a number of fans outside and the crew stopped me again. So I just let it go. He is seriously short though. Compare the pictures that my friend and I took with other artists then compare this picture. You can do the math, right?


He was shopping with Eric. He stood by the side. There were people asking him to take photo as well, so I took one as well. I was so shy and I told him 'Sorry... Chor Chu Lei Mai Yeh'(in cantonese-sorry for disturbing you while you are shopping) and he said something like 'Mm chor or mm kan you'(it is ok).

So that is my most exciting week here yet(I hope).. to the future Mrs. Egg.. I hope you are reading this, this week I met the Entau wan almost every day in uni. But yesterday, he lost to Batman and Hung Tin Meng..hahahahaha and I found out about his name as well. Can you believe it? I finally did it.

I just realized that I look very round in my pictures. I need to lose some fat although I doubt it will work. The food here sucks but I don't see myself losing any weight the past month I'm here. The pictures are the proof.

I'm now writing from my university library. Yes, I know that I'm supposed to be studying in the library. What was I thinking about blogging. Anyways, I have ONE good news to post. That is (drum rolls please) CAVINA is here in UMS. Guess what, she is taking the same course as I am. It could have been a happier news if the admin allowed her to move into my room. But it didn't. But now at least I have a friend and when I mumble stuff in hokkien, at least some one understands me. hahahahaha

Life is starting to get busy with assignments piling up. Internet connection is still a pain in the arse. I discovered that the only time to go online is in the morning when everyone goes to lectures. My lecturer is in Korea so class was cancelled. I slept till 8am and online on msn, talked to Bola. At least there is a soul that wakes up in the morning(she is working/msn)

Mid-sem exams are coming up soon. It feels like the sem just started and exams are already coming up. The only good thing that comes with poor internet connection is that, it makes me study to pass the time. When have you ever heard of yours truly here studying? Never in my entire schooling life I revise almost on nightly basis.

I had a quiz on Monday. I did revise but I didn't do so well. I studied but I did not look at the diagrams and the question was to draw 2 cell diagrams. What is past is past. No use crying over spilt milk.

I have a new hobby now since I came to Sabah. That is to write emails. Internet and Msn, with frequent disconnection, I have resorted to writing emails to keep up with news with friends. The condition is so bad that I have to write my emails at night with microsoft word and save it, then email it when I wait for the lecturers to arrive in the morning using the uni's wireless.

Apa kamu rasa?

Classes started on Monday. I have classes everyday in the morning. Mostly until 1pm only. Fridays no classes. Actually uni life is kinda laid back, you need to put int the effort yourself. Not just wait for the lecturers to spoon feed us. I hope I get into study mode ASAP. No more devastating results for me. Once was more than enough.

Anyways, life is kinda platonic for me right here, repetitive..everyday. Wake up at 6am everyday, wait for shuttle bus at 7, enter class from 8-10 and 11-1, then I'm free to do what ever I want.

Internet is still an obstacle for me. I found out that if I were to subscribe to Celcom I need to pay RM297 for the first month and RM99 per month afterwards. If I were to apply to Maxis, then I only need to pay RM138 every month. By the looks of it, the long term solution is to apply to Celcom, but that would mean I need to cut back on my pocket money by RM100 monthly. I'm so confused right now. Yes, I get to go online FOC in other uni buildings except for my hostel, but then they blocked out MSN, Youtube, both my staple entertainment and route to the outside world. Going online in my hostel costs me RM10 for only 8 hours valid for only 7days or RM30 for 40hours valid for 30days and it id only limited to 500users. I think I can only decide after the hostel cyber cafe upgraded their server from 2Mb to 10Mb.

For your information, I still don't have any room mate and honestly, I feel quite happy having the room all to myself. I can just leave my things lying around in my room, no qualms.

Friends, I found a few(mostly from Sarawak-Chinese) that click very well with me, but somehow, the feel is never the same as the feel when I am around my secondary school friends and kiddies, especially. 99% of chinese here speak Mandarin. I have no choice but to converse in Mandarin as well. I miss listening to English, mind you, perfect English, not those broken English that most people use here and surprisingly, hokkien. I MISS GOOD food as well. All that I can get around here is nasi kandar and mee goreng.

There are somethings that I can and can't get used to. I don't mind walking from one place to another as I have my trusty umbrella, protects me rain or shine. Heck, I don't even mind climbing up four floors daily or even waiting for the bus at 7am. But I can't tolerate those people jumping queue right in your face!

However, I am thankful that my housemates are quiet and nice people. Although the toilet is not really clean, I've seen worse toilets in other houses. If I have to grade the noise level in my house from the scale of 1-9, mine would be about 2.

The weather here is unpredictable. One moment the sun is scorching hot and the next it is raining cats and dogs. Like what is happening right now, it is raining cats and dogs.

My classmates are not bad. My class comprises of about 80 people. Alot of Sabahan eg. Kadazan Dusun( like what we read in History Books) Sarawakian, Malays, Chinese and also China Chinese. There are 4 in my class, 2boys and 2girls. They are a nice bunch of people. But I pity them though. Classses are conducted in BM/English. They don't understand BM at all(although they came since last year to learn BM and English) and sometimes when the lecturers speak in English, they can't catch a word. Things here mostly come from China(pen etc). It costs them almost double to get the same damn thing here. Food sucks loads(not only me complaining). Hostel is too expensive for them(RM1800 per sem when we only pay RM378 per sem) so they move out to stay in rented houses(I hope I don't get into trouble by disclosing all this in my blog). If they are lucky to be able to rent a place near our off campus hostel, they can take the uni shuttle bus to uni. There are some staying elsewhere and they have to use the public transport(as if it is reliable)

The only thing that I like about this uni is that it has got really nice views. The lectures halls overlook the sea! I love the view there. You can even feel the sea breeze when you eat at the cafe. That compensates for the so un-delicious food.

I'm currently in my hostel writing this blog. UMS stands for University Malaysia Sabah. The uni is very big and has some nice building. I especially like the Dewan Canselor with its dome design. The uni is fairly new. Only 14 years old. I'm currently staying at the newest hostel which is also the furthest. Unfortunately, I'm placed on the highest floor..4th floor without an elevator. Can you imagine me carrying my luggage and groceries up and down 4 floors? Its damn tiring. And the room isn't even permanent. After a week's orientation, the students that are assigned the Labuan Campus will leave. There is a very high probability that I will have to switch rooms. I DON"T want that to happen. I like my room now fairly enough. I already unpacked half my luggage. I already cleaned my bunk bed. I even chose a nice place and for myself. If I were to switch, all my efforts here will go to waste. And the most important thing is that, I won't get to choose my bed as I think I'm only filling in the bed of the one that left. That means that most probably I won't get a nice place in the room.

I'm using the hostel Wi-Fi which is costing me RM1 per hour. Heck this alot more expensive than subscribing Streamyx at home. I can clock up to 5 hours a day. They sell the time credit ala phone credit system. As of now, I already used RM7 in just 2 days.That is going to be so costly for me. I'm thinking of subscribing to Maxis broadband that costs RM130 for unlimited access.

Its bye bye laptop for me for a week as I'm having orientation and I don't want to leave my laptop lying in my room. Not when there is key to lock the room until next week when we have our permanent rooms. I entrusting my laptop to the uni admin for a week until the orientation is over.

We went to this German Restaurant at Hillside. The food is good and the price is reasonable for its portion. We ordered a lot. We talked alot. We laughed alot. But deep in heart, I knew that I will DEFINITELY miss spending time with these crazy girls. Such a pity that I didn't use my camera for a group photo. Paging out to Ju/HP/CM. Food comments : The soup was good. Creamy and smooth. Actually practically everything was good. We had beef, chicken, wurst(sausages), salad, lamb and lots of vege as side dish. It is no surprise that we manage to finish all that we ordered...(I think I just piled on a kilo or 2)
The most expensive would have to be the beer but it was worth it. Happy Birthday to You. Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to Eggie Jane, Happy Birthday To you! Hope you enjoyed your early 20th birthday. I know you are so going to miss having me around and irritating you when ever I see you. I wish you all the best! May you be a year older and a year wiser! Most importantly, may all your wishes come true( and you sure damn know which wish I'm talking about ;P..hahahha)

Hello and Goodbye

As the plane engine roared

A new phase in my life has begun


Ok..that sounded very emotional, but that was what I felt on the plane. I was so touched reading the card my kiddy friends gave me. Quoting the card message"I sure do miss you"..I guess it is describing what I'm feeling now word for word. The scenario at the airport was light and sweet. I saw my friends got teary eyed and I looked away as I didn't want to cry. Once I got onto the plane and took out the card and read the messages they wrote, it hit me right in the heart..PANG..Tears formed in my eyes. I had to tilt my head back to avoid them from rolling down. There was no way I was going to cry in a fully boarded plane. I kept thinking in my head.."It's just for ONE semester and before you know it, you're back in Penang for your holidays and its only a 3 hour flight away" Somehow, that worked, maybe I'm truly cold hearted.
Three hours later, I was standing at Kota Kinabalu International Airport.

Food Mania

Since I'm leaving soon, I went out to a lot of places to eat and had quite a number of small farewells.

I suddenly had an urge for korean food. So I persuaded my couz to take to a korean restaurant that was newly open. Korean Palace is situated opposite Island Plaza. Not exactly opposite but nearby.
The food portion was big. Price is reasonable. Food tasted good but it needs to be appreciated. Either you like it or you don't. This is beef rib stew.comes with a bowl of rice

The noodles are hand made upon ordering. The dumplings are freshly made as well. Both tasted good. We have boiled dumplings and pan fried dumplings. Fried ramen and 2 bowls of soup ramen.

Just happened a few hours back. I think this is the farewell of all farewell as I'm leaving, Angelyn is leaving, the rest also leaving soon. We had a pot luck. Too much food that we practically had to stuff ourselves to finish the food to avoid wastage.

I'll always treasure our friendship no matter where I am(I sound so pathetic..I'm just a 3 hours flight away) All the years we spent together in school will the the most memorable years in my teenage life. Heck, I'm not even a teenager now. I'm a young adult now. Sobs. No more being naive and carefree. I'll definitely miss everyone!

P.S. with all these eating..how am I going to win my bet? WTH

Adventurous June

From the very beginning of the month..as of 1/6/08..it was a really exciting start. I finally came back from Jakarta. Met up with friends after a year of not seeing each other...ETC.

Why the 1st of June? That is the day Da Jie got married! Woot! Congrats! Although this post came almost a month too late. But hey, u can't blame me. I already told you it was an adventurous month. Couldn't find time to update my blog.

This particular wedding deserves a mention. It wasn't the typical chinese wedding with 8 course dinner. This was one FUN(read:FUN) wedding. When have you ever heard of someone saying that a wedding was fun. Well this wedding was! The wedding was held at LA Galaxy. Buffet was served.
At the end of it, everyone was on the dance floor! When have you seen anyone danced at a chinese wedding. Nada.. To let you have a gist of what the wedding was like. Here are some pics.










They even took instant pics(is it called instant photos?) at the wedding. Alot of things were things that I encountered for the 1st time at a wedding.

The day before we had a late night out as well. And for the first time(again) so many of us slept under the same roof(ju's palace)

We went from Sunset Bistro>Island Park>Mois>SS>Glo>Home and slept at 5am
Conclusion : Alcohol Overload for 2 days in a row










P.S Please don't be deceived. We only had one bottle each and a few sips of alcohol in Mois.
And yes, we only wore slippers, shorts and t-shirts to Mois. Scruffy..So cute!

After that, from 6/6-15/6 I worked part-time for an electronics fair in Gurney. I was selling Samsung handphones.

Then on 18/6 was a birthday party and university results day. I went to Mizi and Bed for the first time..(seems like a lot of firsts in this post)










This is a VERY short post about what happened in June..comparing to all the blogs that my friends posted about the very same outing. I'm just too lazy. Haha

Sabah...Here I Come

Do I sound excited?

Actually, I don't feel anything. It is just something like going because I have to and because I chose it. So Univeristy Malaysia Sabah is where I'll be for the next 3 years. I heard that the uni is famous for being the most beautiful uni and it is going to be big....I need a bicycle..

Does anyone has any idea what the hostel is going to be like? Feel free to enlighten me.

Can't really take the etika pakaian thing...Only formal to lectures? WTH..Where am I suppose to find so many 'formal' clothes. All I have are t shirts and jeans and shorts. And NO SHORTS/SKIRTS shorter than knee length is allowed. That does not even exist in my wardrobe. DAMN

June is definitely one of the most exciting month in my life...Hectic and Adventurous..Quoting Ju.."Kiddies" reading this will definitely understand. hahahhah

Another post? you have got to be kidding yourself. Three posts in a single night is a shock..even for myself...

Just wanted to comment on the petrol price increase. Although I don't agree that raising the price by 40% is the way to overcome the price increase in crude oil which currenty stand at approximately USD177 per barrel, however at the moment there is just no other way. After the price increase, Malaysians are still enjoying one of the cheapest petrol prices around Asia, perhaps maybe the world(I will clarify it once I get my facts right)

On the contrary, I beg to differ myself. Looking from another aspect, price increase is just a norm. 20years ago, a bowl of hokkien mee costs 5cents, now a bowl of the same size costs RM2.50. Apply the same principle to petrol. Ok, now that we can all see that the increase is in fact inevitable, we should have slowly cut down our dependence on petrol..i.e. BUCK UP the damn public transportation. If it was reliable, one household wouldn't see the need to own a minimum of 2 cars.

Stick to the 3Rs-Reduce, reuse, recycle
Asians especially, need to stop their plastic fanatism. One trillion plastic bags a year? Are you crazy? And STOP taking food for granted. Stop wastage. Has it ever occured to you that everytime you throw your bowl of rice or vegetable away, there are thousands starving away in some corner in this world? People are starving of hunger and yet there are people that purposely starve themselves to achieve that sickly frail thin look.(i just deviated from what i started with)

Perhaps the increase comes just in time to make people realise that and be a little more appreciative

The Current Me

Gonna work starting this Friday until 15/6/08 which is next Sunday. Got to earn some extra money to bear my expenditure or at least what people always say...save it for a rainy day.

Before I start to rant about my life, I want to wish a special someone HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! May you be a year wiser as you get a year older. That's one of the perks of growing old. I doubt you know of my existence but it is the thought that count...(I sound like some freakish stalker, hahahah)

Recently got to know that the local university results will be out on the 20/6/08, which means I only have about 5days after I finished working to prepare myself to brace the outcome, orientation is on 29/6/08. Life just reverted to fast forward mode. I suddenly felt afraid? it's not what I feel but I don't know..afraid to grow up? maybe..My best friend left for Singapore to gain exposure be it life or work wise. She seemed to have grown up. I guess it is my turn next.

However, I feel unzufrienden(unsatisfied, learnt it in german class earlier) about the state of my life right now. I'm undecided about MY own life and the direction I want to go(without being influenced by my family) I don't have a job right now. I'm not earning money. I don't go to university as well. I'm not even piling up knowledge. I am not achieving anything at the moment, there is no self satisfaction? I suppose.... I know, people have been telling me to enjoy the moment right now as it would be difficult to be so carefree once uni life is over. It's going to be responsibility all the way .

I seriously hope that I find my path that I want soon. There is just too many 'I don't knows'

I think tonight has got to be the lowest I have felt in a long time.

PRESSIES

Since I don't have pictures to upload to narrate to you guys what I have been up to during the weekend..so I've come up with an update although less interesting but at least it is something!

A big THANK YOU to Er Jie!! Bought this back for me (actually another 6 of my best friends as well) So we all have got our very own pair of chopsticks. Maybe now I'll seriously stop using disposable chopsticks and carry this instead. It is cute. Don't you think so? Although i'm not a big fan of cats but this is cute. There are other designs as well, especially the mickey ones but my hands didn't grab quickly enough ;P

Another special thing that she bought for us all is this bubble gum. The catch is you need to mix and match the colours to get the flavour that you want. i.e a pink + a yellow = strawberry

This is another souvenir. This flew all the way back from Canada. It's a pencil holder. Must bring it where ever I'm going to study in the near future, to be exact in 20days' time. THANKS Yeap!! I like it so much
